"LET THEM BE KIDS" is a volunteer, non-profit organization created to build community capacity on the grassroots level; while building playgrounds, skate partks and fitness parks across Canada. These projects leave a legacy of community members who are inspired and better equipped to lay a strong foundation for a brighter tomorrow.

The Big Announcement!
Last Thursday, January 19th, we announced that Fatima Academy was a proud recipient of a Let Them Be Kids Helping Hands award. This event was very well attended by the members of the local communities, as well as, several invited guests including the Honourable Felix Collins, Senator Fabian Manning, Mrs. Barb Leonard-King, Mayor Eugene Manning, Mayor Melvin Careen and other representatives of the local councils. Our students were very honoured to receive such a generous award. We would like to thank all the people who attended the event including those who performed (Caitlin Lundrigan, Hayleigh McGrath, Nicholas Nash, Jesse English, Jamie Mooney and Eddy Lundrigan). The playground dream will become a reality on June 1!
